Sharon Anderson, Controller

Sharon is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with over 20 years of advising businesses on all matters finance and operations.  An accomplished executive who loves to travel and who is involved in various sports and social activities, Sharon brings her professional knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to ClearView Executive Search.

For over a decade, Mike led the Accounting and Finance and Financial Services Practices in Toronto at a large global recruiting company, where he began his search career.  Recognized consistently as one of their top search professionals, he was a multiple Chairman’s and President’s Club award recipient.

Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Mike was the chief financial officer of a private company and held senior roles with subsidiaries

of the Toronto-Dominion Bank and the Bank of Nova Scotia. He started his career with Price Waterhouse in assurance services. 

Mike has served on the Board of Directors of 360kids (formerly Pathways for Children, Youth and Families of York Region) and as the Chair of the Finance Committee. 

Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the University of Guelph and holds his Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant designations.
