Onboarding
Putting together and executing a strong onboarding program is the most effective way to successfully complete your hiring decision and help ensure a successful integration on both the part of the new Executive and the organization. ClearView assists in developing the onboarding strategy and plan for the new Executive. Our service to our clients continues after the search has been successfully concluded. We assist in the successful candidate’s orientation to the position and organization, through regular follow-up discussions with the hiring manager and the new Executive over the first year. This will help ensure there is a smooth transition and integration.
Independent Assessments
Our team has provided independent assessments to clients where requested, by providing various tools including Hogan Assessments to evaluate senior level candidates. In this way our clients are assured an unbiased 3rd party assessment tool, not a self-fulfilling assessment by a firm that uses their own assessment tools.
Interim Executives
From time to time, our clients ask us to help them with interim executive assignments to assist them during a time of change. ClearView has experience providing clients with senior executives on an interim basis, who can continue to fulfill the company’s strategic direction, providing expertise during an acquisition, or leadership during a period of transition.
